Tianguis Turistico, Mexico's premier tourism event, is for Tour Operators, Wholesalers, Corporate and Incentive Travel Planners, Charter Operators, Tourism related Associations, Travel Agents and Events, Exhibitions, and/or Congress Organizers. They have the opportunity to meet and scheduled appointments with the leading Suppliers of Mexico's tourism-related products.

BUYERS are Tour Operators, Wholesalers, Meeting Planners, Wedding Planners, Charter Organizers, Congress & Event Organizers, Travel Agencies, and OTAs.
BUYER companies participate in the pre-scheduled appointment sessions; the appointments are "buyer-driven" and will only be scheduled based on the Buyer's request.
Marketing & Technology
This category applies to all companies that promote or sell Mexico through advertising in broucures, press, web pages, and other electronic media, marketing & tourism representation companies, and technology companies.
Marketing & Technology can shedule appointments, but these will be confirmed only if the Exhibitos approve them.

BUSINESS APPOINTMENTS
Tianguis is a business event based on Pre-Scheduled Appointments between Buyers, Exhibitors, and Media Advertiser Participants.
Buyers and Exhibitors will have appointments on March Monday 27th and Tuesday 28th from 10:30 to 6:30 PM and on Wednesday 29th, from 10:30 to 1:30 PM.
Media Advertiser Participants will have appointments with Exhibitors on Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning.
The Tianguis Pre-Scheduled Appointments System is a highly specialized computerized matching software program specially developed and adapted for this event.
Only fully registered and paid Buyer, Exhibitor, and Media Advertiser Participant companies will have access to it through the Delegate number and Delegate Password shown on the Confirmation Letter.
Each company submits a detailed Marketing Profile as part of the registration process. A search feature is available in the online appointment request system, allowing delegates to look up companies based on their marketing profile and select the ones they would like to meet with.
The Appointments are scheduled on the following basis:
- Appointments requested by both Buyer & Exhibitor (Perfect Match)
- Buyer only requests for Exhibitors
- Appointments requested by both Exhibitor and Media Advertiser Participants (Perfect Match)
- Exhibitor only request for Buyers (5 automatically scheduled appointments, that we ask you attend as the other appointments)
PASSPORT
PASSPORT ACCESS
You must submit your Appointment Request Form on March 10th, 2023, at 6:00 PM (CT). You can edit your requests as often as possible, up to that date and time.
PROCEDURE FOR APPOINTMENT REQUEST
The deadline to complete and submit your Appointment Request is March 10th, 2023.
- Log in to the “DELEGATE PASSPORT” using your Delegate Number and Delegate Password shown on your confirmation letter
- Click on the button called “APPOINTMENT REQUESTS”
- Click the “ADD REQUEST” button beside each company name you would like to request
- Prioritize your list of requested companies by clicking on the “VIEW / PRIORITIZE MY REQUESTS” tab. You may either drag and drop companies to move them up or down on the list or assign a number priority beside each company
- Buyers can request up to 10 double appointments (Each double appointment is up to 30 minutes). Click the “DOUBLE” checkbox beside each company name to request a double appointment
- Click the “SAVE AND EXIT” button. If you do not click on this button, the requests will not be saved
To view the marketing profile of a company:
- Check the box next to each company name and click the “VIEW PROFILE” button. You can select multiple organizations at the same time. If you want to save time, you can also click on “VIEW ALL PROFILES”, but be patient since it will take a few minutes to load all the data. This might take more time as we keep getting registrations
To search for companies:
- To search for companies based on their Marketing Profile, click the “SEARCH” button.
- Enter the search criteria and click the “EXECUTE SEARCH” button.
