TIANGUIS TURÍSTICO MÉXICO 2024

Registration

Buyers' registration fee depends on the registration date
Your confirmation letter for the event will be sent to you no later than 72 hours after you register and subject to the approval of your participation by SECTUR (Secretary of Tourism)

On-site Registration

Payment in Acapulco will only be accepted in cash, in USD. On-site registrants may also schedule their last-minute appointments
The cost for badge replacement is US$ 60.00

Hotel and Airline Information

Your registration fee for Tianguis 2024 does not include accommodations or air transportation to/from Acapulco
A list of hotels and airlines offering discounted rates exclusively for fully registered paid Tianguis delegates is located on the Hotel Information page of the Tianguis Turistico Mexico website www.tianguisturistico.com
There are several categories of hotels. Each category has a limited number of rooms, and the availability of a specific hotel or category is not guaranteed
Registered delegates should contact their preferred hotel or airline directly to make their own arrangements and should be prepared to present their Tianguis Confirmation letter to receive the mentioned benefits as an attendee

Generals, Payments, and Cancellations

All participation by any registrant must be approved by both SECTUR and Creatividad y Espectaculos, Tianguis' Management Company for Tianguis
Cancelation fees and dates are indicated on the registration form SECTUR and Creatividad y Espectaculos reserve the right to cancel any delegate registration without cause in their discretion at any time before or during the event
In the event of cancellation of the Tianguis or any part thereof because of a civil strike, civil discord, military action, or natural event occurring without fault on the part of SECTUR and/or Creatividad y Espectaculos, there shall be no refund of fees paid or forgiveness of fees owed except at the discretion of SECTUR and Creatividad y Espectaculos and they shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for more than the refund of a registrant's registration fees upon cancellation of any registrant's participation or upon cancellation, in whole or part, of any program for any reason. SECTUR and Creatividad y Espectaculos shall have no liability for consequential loss or damage of any kind arising out of any cancellation, and their total and maximum liability shall be limited to refund of registration fees

Limitation of Liability

In consideration for accepting and processing this registration application and permitting the registrant to attend the subject meeting, the registrant hereby agrees to release and hold SECTUR and Creatividad y Espectaculos, its officers, and employees harmless for any injury, loss, or harm occurring during and while traveling to or from the subject meeting, caused by third parties.

IMPORTANT

ALL DISPUTES REGARDING PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES MUST BE HANDLED DIRECTLY WITH TIANGUIS MANAGEMENT, NOT BY STOP-PAYMENT PROCEDURES THROUGH CREDIT CARD COMPANIES.
